I actually traded my MINI for this Machine. I really like my MINI, but I just want something bigger now. I was so impressed with our purchase on the A3 and kept going back to Audi dealer just to find out what's the other machine that might suite me.

For the past month, I would drop my wife at the mall and I will go straight to the dealer near by just to look around. I have had a chance to try M3, Sti, Evo, and S4.

M3, Looks cool and sporty, but the power come just a bit higher rpm. The sound at hi-rpm M3 is just not so good to listen too. In the normal driving condition I feel like driving a 200+ hp car more than a 300+hp car. Interior is ok, but the leather is so easy to get wrinkle. Driving with DSC off is a suicide. The car is just oversteer just because the power from the rear wheels.

Sti, very good power and handling. I just wish that they do better inside.

Evo, Slightly more pull than Sti, but again need to do better inside and out. I love the concept of EVO X, but the dealer can't give the arriving date.

S4, It's about Power...Power...Power! It is just every where and every gears you can ask for it. I would find myself on the M3 that I need to shift down just to get the power, but not in S4. The power is there all the time. While I was driving I told the sale person that S4 doesn't feel as fast as M3 and he pointed to the speedometer and I was doing 100 mph. The car is just rock solid very easy to get the speeding ticket, cus it's smooth and fast. Interior is a piece of art I can see that the designer is really spend time designing and picking materials. Quattro is just glued you to the ground at any speed. I love the stealth look of the S4. It doesn't scream that "hey! this is sport car", but it does perform ultimately well with all of those sport cars.

This is just my little impression.

I will be sticking around here, but more like observing from now. see you all around. The funny thing is I was driving an S4 and I waved to a MINI driver and he was like...what? do I know you?

MINI is a great car and you all are so great. It was nice to know all of you.

I need to put some of the mods on my mini for sale, but now I just don't have time...you know what i mean. zooooomm..mm

MyPocketRocket- daawwll!! you sold your MCS? oh well...but
yah, S4's an all rounder and a true performance car so i guess you'll
probably think the MCS's are too darn slow after a while.

those S4's have some MASSIVE braking power too. i couldn't believe
how well it accelerated and stopped on a dime from a 'given' speed.

nice choice and enjoy! hope you remember us.

switching from Nam to audiworld.com? Congrats on your new ride... I really like the S4 Avant. (True Sleeper....) however, this thing give me a big dent on my wallet everytime I stop by gas station. I would like to have it some day if I can have one more pleasure car.

I will never forget my MINI and all of you here. I had a really great experience with my MINI.

I was so excited the first day I ordered it which is Feb 14 as a valentine gift from my wife. My MINI fever has started as early as when I first heard about the car back in 2000. I have been collecting pretty much everything about MINI, print ads, web links, teasers, flags, banners....etc

The day I picked up my MINI I was on a vacation trip and it is 400 miles away from the dealer. I got the phone called at 11am and I jumped in the car and drove the fastest I could to get to the dealer for the pickup before they close. I made it in 4.5 hours and I got it on that day.

It's has been my great everyday car and track car on the weekend. MINII just give me a complete package of the car that is fun, sport and useful. I sometime just go out and drive it like I have no place to go...I feel like I just want to drive it.

Yes, I have a motoring fever and I have been taking a drug called MINI for a long time. It did help me a lot, but now my fever just getting stronger and I need a massive dose of drug to set me down. The dealer just gave me a hint of the new drug and I got hooked. He said it's called "S4"

I found the truth about MINI is there is a great performance under the bonet and great people behind them.
