What NOT To Do.

Here are a few examples of what exterior mods should NEVER be applied to our beloved MINI's.
Proceed at your own risk.

My eyes hurt! Some of those cars look like they have cow catchers stolen from a train.

some of the cars at the top of the page were pretty cool... more like
those dorifuto types, but not bad.

The cars on the bottom were pretty funny looking though. got to
love their imagination.

Getting hit by some of these ought to hurt. No wonder there is new pedestrian protection requirements for new designs.

Spoilers...

So the idea of a rear spoiler is to create more downforce at the rear wheels. Funny how front-wheel drive owners put them on and actually take weight OFF the driven front wheels.

These large front spoilers ought to provide better downforce to the front driven wheels...now I see them on several REAR wheel drive cars.

Just amazing!

You just can’t ever have enough rear spoiler.

You have to give some of them credit though, as bad as it looks they are pretty good with fiberglass (if that's what it is)

This is what you would percieve a Mad Max/Martha Stewart nightmare might be like !

You have to admit our friends in Japan (at least I think it's Japan) have a different view of customization.

My head hurts!

Aloha!

Are these cars supposed to float or something?? Is that the reason for the twenty foot tailpipes?
In my 34 years of life,by far the most ridiculous I have seen.

Actually yes they're amphibious crafts... but those aren't ALL tailpipes, some of them are cleverly disguised periscopes . I'm going to show my son those pictures, for inspiration when he designs his next year's Pinewood Derby car.

Brother, your MCS rocks. I liked your website and you have a very impressive list of after market mods!

I have an '04 IB/W MCS Works w/ white hood stripes and factory driving lights. I took the lazy man route and went JCW.

Aloha!

is this a fad?>

did you notice the rims being like 2-4" greater in width than the tires?

Is that the thing to do?
