Opinions please

Hi all. Been a while since I've been here but y'all are the best group of car nuts I know so here goes. Girlfriend is wanting to get rid of her high-mileage Navigator. We saw a 2011 BMW X5 yesterday that she fell in love with. I was thrown for a bit of a loop by the engine though; twin-turbo diesel. I know absolutely nothing about that one!
So, if you please, bring on the informed opinions! Is this going to be a reliable vehicle for her 150-200 miles/day driving or will it be a money pit.

Thanks
Gary

Have it CPO-ed by BMW, and you will have a reliable commuter for the next 6-years or 100K miles covered by CPO warranty.

Beyond that, it's a crap shoot.
BMW sold far too few diesels in the US to have enough data points to draw a conclusion.
