Lancer evo x
Lancer evo x
What do you think?
I've started to get tired with my mini, I had it knew since 08. Now lately I been looking at other cars. The evo x got me the most interested, its very practical (4 wheel drive, roomier, 4 doors, great all season) and fun. Also the mod community is amazing.
I have looked at the new brz and such models. and they seem more like a downgrade to the mini. I even thought about specing out a new jcw mini with all the options I missed out the first time and wished I got. But with that price I can get more car for the money.
Any suggestions for a different car around 30k?

Doesn't get very good gas milage and in general, Mitsubishi has not been well received by the likes of Edmunds, Consumer Reports, etc.
Considered a BMW X1?
Subaru XV Crosstrek?
Nissan Juke?

If you like the idea of a 4 door, Golf R with AWD is a very nice and refined car, great interior and lots of space. Not as quick as EVO, but much more refined. If you don't need AWD, a GTI makes a nice car and can be modded quite easily as well.
If you don't need 4 doors or rear seats, Mazda Miata is a fantastic car!
