Did you click on the picture? It takes you directly to the google maps site in the UK(Westway, Hammersmith, England, United Kingdom). That happens to be right in the area that Top Gear is located. Not to mention it made several news sites this morning.

 

Actually looking into it some more it looks like old news. I still thought it was pretty cool. Its probably just a fake in the BBC office.

 

Cardboard cutout? Still cool, but places the appearance far outside of a coincidence.
