rear springs question

I was unable to get satisfaction on my
84-87 CRX enthusiast site. I am hoping
people here can give some kinda general insight.
Background:
I go and rebuild my entire suspension, except for the
rear springs on my 87 CRX, the one on my sig. Everything
was slam worn out. I did upgrade to KYB shocks, and also
as the rubber bushings are hard to get, expensive, and
have to be ordered individually, I just ordered the "black"
polyurethane kit. The torsion bars were replaced with
used but confirmed to be OK ones off of a honda wagon.
So it turns out my rear springs (there are no front springs) they
go around the shocks, are totally fubar. The car sits about
1.3+ inches too low in the back. I want to preserve the original
ride geometry.
I found a place that has replacement springs. I don't know
what the original ones were. They said "stock" is "750 pounds",
"heavy duty" is 1250 pounds. I don't really know what that means.
I guess one is more stiff than the other.
My question is obviously which ones should I get. With those bushings
and shocks the car is riding as stiff as I would ever want a car
to drive on the road. But maybe the older springs failed because
with the upgraded shocks or something I need "heavy duty".
Can anybody give an insight into it. They're about $100 i could
not return them, and also, takes me all day to change them.
My gut tells me to buy the regular, 750 pounds.
