Did anyone else recieve the Mini/Liberty Mutual car insurance letter?

I'm neutral about my current insurer Nationwide, they haven't been great, but they have disappointed me pretty much every time I've had to get repairs done on a car.

Anyone have any good or bad comments about Liberty? In the letter they mention discounts for Mini owners and that they will use original Mini parts for parts.

Got the same letter and then got a quote that was a little lower than my current 21st Century policy (which is impressive since L-M has agents and 21st doesn't).

I like that the L-M policy includes towing to the nearest Mini dealer. Even if I didn't end up having the dealer repair it, the car would be 2 blocks from the independent shop I usually take it to as opposed to 25 miles if it broke near my home. I think a AAA membership with towing of over 7 miles is around $100 a year, so that would be nice to have and the rate is competitive. I'm going to look into it further.

 

*bumpity bump* I know everyone on here has car insurance.....surely SOMEONE has Liberty that can offer an opinion

 

Liberty Mutual is a fairly large insurer here in the Mid-Atlantic region.

In all my dealings with them in my job (Claims Adjuster for State Farm), I've not had any notably bad experiences with them.

If they give you a competitive quote, I know of no good reason not to purchase your policy through them.
