Motorcycle question
2 Wheels Only...
My last bike, production #3 of 300. The R1100S, a relatively light and agile motorcycle, for a beemer.

Riding on the Nurburgring in 2004, for the BMW Test Ride Event, with K1200S's. A sweet and powerful beemer.

The Karussel on the Nordschleife:

I agree. Start out small with something you are comfortable with. My first motorcycle (well scooters before that) was a Ninja 250R. Then 20 years and 11 bikes later I was working and riding in the industry.

Don't know much about the bike - - I've never ridden a BMW. It seems to have all the right sport-bike bits and pieces. I like the under-seat exhaust; looks like it has lots of front brake with those big twin discs. What is the beer-can looking thing hanging just above the rear wheel in the first photo?
But - -
You've ridden on the Nurburgring? The REAL Nurburgring Nordschliefe? (not that Mickey Mouse go-kart track they use now).
I bow down before you - - you are my new hero!!

Hello 33 EJB!
The beer can looking canister is for emissions, I think it's filled with charcoal as a filter.
I did 44 laps over three days, it was intense - a once in a lifetime experience to ride the North Loop with 30 other riders from around the world. We also rode the country side and autobahn. And events and dinners. Great stuff. The Karussell is a little nuts at first but fine after you do it a few times.

I need to fund my after college plans. I expected it to take a while to sell, so I had it on the market early pending my end of summer graduation.
