So my MINI is in the shop and as a complimentary car they offered me a 4 dorr 1 series hatchback. Its gas powered and slow as hell. If this is the base engine definatly opt for the 135I.
Most disturbing is this NEW auto shut down.
Check this.....When ever you stop and put the shifter in neutral ( after the car is warmed up) she turns off. Ya thats right every traffic light she shuts down leaves all electrics on, but shuts off the engine...WTF. I cannot see this saving gas OR wear and tear. If you live in the city this is rather intrusive. I hit 20 stop lights driving home. The only way to keep the car running is to leave it in gear with your foot on the clutch. This is a PAIN IN THE ***.
