Passat linke like realoem

Can somebody post me a link for
a 2000 VW Passat V6?

I've looked everywhere I can never find what
I am really needing.

I need to figure out some parts, hopefully order
a few things.

Thanks.

Being the VW guy on this site, i will attempt this one for you. What kind of parts are you looking for? stock replacement or aftermarket? i dont know if you own the car or not yet, but if not, i am going to suggest the 1.8t. the 2.8 V6 is an audi motor and more expensive to repair. the 1.8t is the corporate motor and used in both VW and Audi, better fuel economy, cheaper to repair, and the fun of the turbo.

as far as repairs go, buy an bently manual (i believe they make them for the newer motors). if they are still made for these motors, accept no substitute manual. bently=vw bible. be prepared for, lets call it, creative engineering. VW produced some interesting engines. for stock parts, www.germanautoparts.com for aftermarket/performance, theres ABD, Neuspeed, BBM, ACS, APR, Revo, the list keeps going. another good source is www.vwvortex.com both the B5 (i think that is your generation) forums and the 2.8 V6 technical forums, NOT the 2.8 VR6 technical forums. the passat uses a different V6 than the Golf/GTi/Jetta. i hope this gives you some useful info. other questions i will attempt to help you with or try to atleast point you in the right direction. post up or PM me with other questions. good luck, and welcome to the dark side

Thanks.
I had the bentley manual but sigh I can't find it.
It might have been left in a shop when my wife dropped it off,
or lost somewhere when we moved. I've been looking for it A LOT.

We already own it. My wife has a HS friend that is getting it
worked on for us, unfortunately, it is quite the drive to drop it off.

We're OK ONLY because of this. If we had to use the regular
method of maintaining this car we would have traded it in.
No troubles with it - but it is insanely expensive to maintain.

I'm trying to figure out if there are two bushings missing on the
front suspension.
Also trying to get some interior trim pieces and internal pieces
to the glovebox. I will check out those sites. Maybe fenderwells
and this plastic thing under the car.
Thanks.

I think we are up on all the maintainence.
At least I surely hope so.

best bet would be german auto parts or www.oempl.us worst case would be dealer where they will probably bend you over and not even be kind enough to give you a reach around
