Mmmhhmm. And put on a catless downpipe and the RFL BOV ( ) and watch for Mitsu to say bye-bye to your warranty. Than, wait for one of those sensors to haywire and see where you end up at.

Drove the STi

and rode in the Evo MR (dual clutch auto). Both are very, very capable cars. So much so, that I really doubt that you'd be able to push them to the point of differentiation on the street. Can't go wrong with either....

I agree completely Matt. The levels of both of these cars is so high that you can only sort the difference out on the race track. I like the Subaru, but either car is a hairy chested beast.

I really like the new STi in either white or black...

but I'd save my pennies a little longer and get a 335xi coupe

Yeah, but I mean, come on. There's no comparison in overall motoring fun-ness. An Evo is a just a car. Owning a MINI is a lifestyle change.

Time for sacralige... (but a bit off topic)

Mini needs to pick up it's game, the gap between what Mini is offering and what others are offering is narrowing. Over-option a Mini, and there are lots of cars I'd buy instead.

Actually..

I drove a Hyundai Sonata LTD, and it's as good a 4 door car in its segment. Their SUV came out 2nd in a 5 way shootout, and in speaking with the Genesis product manager, it will be a good value as well.
