Pulley Tools - Rent or Borrow?

I'm very interested in replacing my pulley without taking my car to a shop (sounds like a fun DIY project). Does anyone in the bay area have the special tools needed to do this job?

I would be more than willing to 'rent' these tools or even help someone purchase these. I just don't want to buy the tools and use them once for my pulley.
Let's help each other!!
Thanks.

Has anyone in the Bay Area replaced their pulley by themselves (without taking it to a shop)? If so, where did you get the tools from?

Thanks a bunch
