My damn SES light came on again... this is the second time within 2 months. I'm taking it in to the dealer today for a repair tomorrow... I'm still down for the ride providing my MINI doesn't have too many issues and it's just a trip in the sensor. I'll keep you all posted, but I'm looking forward to this drive, hwy 25!

Sorry, the parking lot you indicted is not a good place to meet.
The parking lot is entered from Searle and upon exiting you cannot turn left to head east on 156.
A better place would be the exit before this = Hwy 129
After leaving the Hwy go right at the stop light and there is a parking area immediately on the right. Easy access back on to the Hwy.
Or, if you want to keep this meeting spot, you can turn left as you exit the parking lot and travel north on Searle to Hwy 129. Turn right on 129 and then right again back on to 101.
I could meet up with you at either of these spots.

 

Either place is good for me too.

 

Thanks for the info DrkSlvrS. I normally drive through that turn and don't pay much attention to the traffic pattern near that lot.

Once the pack is back together, we can head down the back roads of Hollister.

OK, Looks like we are going to make our first Nikki run. Will meet you at 2100 Logic Drive San Jose, CA 95124 at 9am and have our radio on 7 21. I have an extra to lend out if anyone needs one.

I think this was the best Run yet!
Lots of laughs (pictures of that LY wanna-be will be posted soon, I'm sure ) and plenty of open roads with twisties, turns and MINIs galore!

Congrats you guys. I wish I had made the run. Keep me posted to any more Nikki runs. I definitely want to join in the fun. It was raining hard up here in the North Bay and I dreaded the drive back up to Windsor after the run. I did get the Pooper washed and preped for Las Veags.

 

Thanks so much for organizing! The run was nice and fast and curvy. Me and Minipenny are very happy now. Lunch was yummy, too. Looking forward to more events.
