Same here. Just installed a JCW steering wheel and I'm looking for an excuse to take the Clubman out.

How did it go? I neglected to notice it was Easter Sunday. Eggs required finding.

I rode up Calaveras on my road bike on Saturday and up Welch Creek. It's a brutal 4 mile climb with some nice double digit grades but lots of fun. It's a really fun ride, I'm looking forward to driving it.

 

See it in person this weekend. Taking the airbag off was a little unnerving but it is only a 5 minute process to switch out steering wheels. Going to save up some spending money and then body-color match some chrome bits on the car next.

I was thinking about coming out for this, I live in Oakland and am always looking for new places to drive. Been curious about that route anyway...

Do I need to sign up for anything or just show up at 1030?

If the weather holds I'm pretty sure I'll be there, black 2011 clubman and hopefully the only one with a Ludwig sticker on the back in Oakland A's colors

 

Not a problem, just show up to the start location. Had about ~3 clubmans including mine for the Boulder Creek run and hopefully more this time around.

 

Uh oh! My Clubby sold today... no replacement yet... so I'll be there in spirit only...

What route did you take? We had a great turnout for Calaveras and it was fun flinging the Mini around the tight corners. Hope to see you at the next one, there are plenty of unexplored roads in the area.

 

Great shot Kevin. Next run I'll try to organize people by model number. I think we had nearly every Mini model type represented except for the Paceman and Coupe.
