Ugh, human error

Fortunately this human error didn't involve damaging my JCW. Instead, in the mail I got a "Notice of Delinquent Parking Violation" from the city of Los Angeles. Ironically my Mini hasn't ever been to Los Angeles. More importantly the ticket apparently has the vehicle listed as an Infinity with a color code of "CO". So I should hopefully be able to get this cleared up.

So I called the number, they didn't answer, just told me to mail a letter. I'm not using actual paper, that's lame. Unfortunately the website isn't very effective, but it did have a form to fill out with an explanation... So I gave them the actual vehicle info and asked where I could send my digital photo of the registration and the vehicle. Wonder if that helps.

Interestingly though I'm on vacation at Disneyland the day the payment is due, maybe I should stop by one of their offices and challenge it on my way to the park... that could work actually I think we'll be getting off the grapevine well after morning commute is over. If it hasn't been closed since then, I might do that.

Definitely stop by the office and present the ticket along with your registration paper. They should clear it up pretty fast for you.

Almost sounds like some sort of scam to get your info to me...but maybe I'm just drunk (more possible).
