Well, I have the 23rd off now... So, I'm going to try and meet up with you guys and Midcal in Fresno... Anyone from Sac area want to caravan down there with me? Just want to confirm that you guys are leaving Fresno around 9:30am?

Anyone know what the soonest check in time is for the Palace Station? We plan on leaving early Thursday too, but want to be able to get to our room after arriving in Vegas. I can always call them but I thought I would ask.

 

I just asked Palace and their check-in time is 3pm. Often if you are a bit early, and your room is ready, casinos here will let you check in a bit early. Especially on a non-weekend night.
But I make no guarantees.

Bimmerfest we have something like 100+ bimmers and 1 mini(me)

 

MsFit - you're probably going to want to join up w/ Norcal at East Bay MINI at 5:15am then pick up a another group in Fresno (midcal)... Any sacramento area folks coming with me will meet there... From Fresno down to vegas!

 

Howard, Norm, Glenn, Randy and myself (+???? more) are still planning on "Plan A" to go over the hill down thru Bishop and Death Valley.....But that is going to be SOME sight with all the NorCal/MidCal/SoCal/GCM MINI's all coming into Vegas together at the same time. Too bad you/we/AMVIV3 folks couldn't get some kind of aerial shot of mile's 'n mile's of MINI's. Local news media maybe?? Know of a hill top close by?? Camera shot from a satellite???? They can see the color of your eyes from up there.....why not a 100+ MINI's.. on their way to Lost Wages..
We will toast a brew for you on Wed night.....at the Pub in the Palace Station 7pm.

Should be a good sized group. Starting with the northern group, picking us up in Fresno, then a few in Bakersfield, and the SoCal groups in Barstow.
It will make for quite a caravan.
