Hey you west-coast guys!

I'm comin' out to the San Fran (San Jose and other parts) in about 4 weeks or so - and will be takin' a side trip down to LA for a couple days.

Now, I haven't had my MINI in just over three years (but still have my old classic..!) and figured that if there was ever a time, I'd love to rent one. Tried searching the major rental places, and they say that 'have' them, but don't offer to a way to specifically request one. Doing searches on here, I found a couple links in old posts to places that did or used to have 'em for rental, but seem to not offer them anymore (probably since MINIs are now more common place than they once were..)

So, my question - anyone out there know of a way to land one of these for a week? (Or, know of someone specifically to talk to at a rental place..)
