Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?
We are conveniently located downtown in the wholesale district and not too far from LAX! Our cross streets are Alameda and Gage.

Do you ship or transport cars for out of state customers?
We do offer shipping anywhere in the United States and we have many companies that we use to transport MINIs for us both on enclosed or open trailer trucks and we would be happy to ship the MINI to you, but Motoring home in your new MINI may be more fun and a great way to break in your new MINI!

I want to order my MINI, how does that work?
The ordering process is very simple. You start by building your MINI at miniusa.com (I am sure you have built a few of them by now) and email Amanda@alexandermini.com the PDF of your MINI and we will start the ordering process. The only other part of the order is a deposit to secure your spot.

Do you provide loaner cars for service?
Of course we do. We wouldn’t leave you stranded without a way to motor! As long as you call in and make an appointment and request a loaner we will have one for you while your MINI is serviced.

My MINI needs service HELP
Don’t worry Nick Alexander MINI is here to help! If you got your MINI at Nick and it is due for maintenance we can pick it up via flatbed and drop it back off to you once it is done. Call us for further details and an appointment.

If you have any additional questions for us you can email me at amanda@alexandermini.com or start a thread and I will be happy to answer any quesitons you have sales, service, parts or just MINI related.

Is there any mileage limit? I live 43 miles from your dealership. However, I loved what everyone said that I bought my MINI #2 from you Amanda and your dealership, and has been very pleased.

I am looking to add MINI #3 in January, and will be buying from you.

So given my distance from your place, will I still be offered the flatbed service?

Please let me know, thanks!
