As for Hotels/Motels. Anywhere within an hour of Cleveland is fine. The Pub is in Rocky River and hotels/motels in that area would be a bit more costly so you might want to look at the Southern or Eastern Suburbs.
For Details go to the Burning River Mini's sub forum.
Things to do in Cleveland
If you have never been here before, please check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Mike Simon owns Lola Restraunt who is the newest Iron Chef on the Food Channel. I highly recommend you eat there if you have not done so already. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I have a 2009S
I think the only thing that Greg (he's the organizer) will ask is that you use the parking lot that the MINI's aren't parked in. Last year, there was a "left over" mini van in the parking lot from the night before. It drove him nuts because it was in every picture he tried taking of all the cars lined up.

Hope to see everyone there.

Yes, you may, bring friends and families, too. Many of us will (if you like) let you poke around inside the cars so you can see all of the options, the surprising amount of space and all of the custom mods.

I'm interested in coming and I live just north of the Detroit area, might pop down on that Friday night so I don't have to get up in the wee hours of the morning to trek through Ohio. I am curious how late the festivities typically go, I know it's about a 3.5-4 hour drive back to where I live so I would like to plan accordingly (and lets face it a Michigan plate in Ohio is a HUGE target for the Ohio cops, so it might take longer). This will be my first MINI even if I am able to make it, so I am excited about going!
Oh and thanks for the heads up on the motels and hotels.

). I think things went on until after 4 pm last year, but I could be wrong (it could be much later)...
Hello Joey D,
I was in the group of MINI's that came down from Michigan. If you are a new MINI owner you may want to check out our local MINI club. We have a lot of events scheduled - especially during summer
We are located here: http://www.michiganmini.org/forum/index.php
It is free to join Michigan MINI ...
Hope to see you there
