I know that people usually only COMPLAIN on a forum, so I wanted to share my good experience.

After only having my MINI a month, over a weekend someone managed to drag a big SUV across the driver's side and then leave

Anyhow, I called my insurance company, and they were able to schedule an appointment for an appraisal the first thing the next business day with Holmes & Bahre in Canton, CT. I had it in at 8 a.m., they were done with the appraisal by 8:30, and had my car in the following morning to fix it. The owner (Ray) even drove me back to my house so I could get my truck. 2 days later, it was done and it was PERFECT. No imperfections at all, and the color match was totally spot-on.

Just wanted to pass this on in case anyone needs body/paintwork done in the area.
