Regarding the installation, the YouTube video for disassembling the front screen was very easy to follow. Once the screen was removed, I noticed a significant amount of empty space below and in front of the head unit, so I decided not to remove the glove box. The new unit was successfully installed in that space. Additionally, the cables for the additional camera and direct USB connection (the blue and yellow cables shown in the picture) were not installed, as I don't require extra cameras or a wired phone connection; my phone will only connect via Bluetooth. The Wi-Fi antenna was installed in the location shown in the video. However, unlike the video, there wasn't enough space to mount it on the base, so I adhered it to the lid.

Setting up the unit was straightforward; the instructions in the manual were clear. So far, the unit is working well, and all controls are functioning through the original steering wheel buttons and the main controller.

 

How is this unit holding up? Any issues or concerns that have popped up since the install?

 

The unit is performing very well until now , no issues.
