Satellite Receiver from Clubman to Countryman

My 2008 Clubman came with lifetime subscription to Sirius Radio. I am getting ready to sell the Clubman and get a Countryman. Anyone know if I can remove the receiver from the Clubman and install in Countryman?
Thanks

Call SiriusXM. They can transfer the subscription. It goes by the user, not the radio/device.

Yes
Sorry I forgot to say. I don't have a subscription. It just works. I didn't need to sign up at all.
