Subwoofer replacement / wiring

2013 CMS, originally stock audio system.

I've replaced all of the door speakers and driving everthing with a JL audio HD900/5. The signal from the stock HU was intercepted in the driver's side kick panel area (X9331 harness), routed to Helix P-DSP LOC / proc and amp in the rear, then back up front to the output side of the harness. So, for the most part, stock speaker wiring.

Now, I'm adding a sub (JL Audio CS110LG-TW3) in the boot, and want to disable the stock subs beneath the seats. I'm also concerned about the wiring associated with the stock subs and how it is tied in with the front door speakers. I don't want to be sending power up front to the front speakers and still be passing through some lame factory crossover that feeds the stock subs. Obviously, that is what is happening now, as with only FL/FR/RL/RR returns back to the harness (only four tie-in's, no discrete sub channel there I can see) I still have audio coming from the subs.

What is the best way to bypass the stock subs without home-run wiring everything back to the amp? I'm afraid that just simply unplugging the subs (and removing the front seats, UGH!) will still leave a factory crossover draining voltage from the amp speaker feeds.

Surely someone here has an understanding of this---or better yet a wiring diagram.

I'd really appreciate any advice or feedback on this.

Anyone?

I swear, I'm beginning to think there is some sort of conspiracy going on involving service manual level info on late model Minis. I suppose those in the aftermarket install business could look at handing out this sort of information as a loss of potential revenue...

But I KNOW this info is available somewhere, just not where the average enthusiast can get to it. It's pretty frustrating, considering I OWN my car, and just want to be able to use it like I want to!
