Will aftermarket speakers and a woofer void warranty

Hello I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S. I have the Mini Connect with the harmon sound system. I wanted to ad a subwoofer and maybe upgrade the speakers and ad a amp to the speakers.I do not want to mess with the warranty on the Mini Connect system does anyone know if this will. Thank You

This involves a compete gutting of the factory wiring to change the speakers and amp. So I would assume it will void your warranty.
