Jcw 2011 bluetooth and i pod

I bought a 2011 jcw last week and was under the impression it had integrated ipod and blue tooth. There is clearly no usb port , at least as far as i see. There is also no bluetooth in the menu despite there being the calls sign on the wheel and dashboard. Can anyone tell me what the deal is here? How hard would it be / expensive do get these installed

Bluetooth+USB is optional, not standard. If the car wasn't factory ordered with the option, they won't be there (it is a single option that includes both features). Retrofit is possible but may cost around $1000 including labor: http://www.motoringfile.com/2009/10/...-retrofit-kit/. The steering wheel has phone buttons whether or not Bluetooth is installed.

Yes, it is both. It says so in the PDF: http://s3.motoringfile.com/wp-conten...578087307c.pdf. Bluetooth and USB are not separate options because a single electronics module performs both functions.

1000

Is it a $1000 to have mini factory bluetooth/usb ? I would go for an aftermarker upgrade deck/speakers; which most new decks have both bluetooh/usb ability at that price point.

Just my $.02

There are kits to install an aftermarket head unit in an R56, but it is difficult and a major project.
