Basic Nano Hookup in stock 05 MC

All;

Been searching this forum but no conclusive solution for hooking up a Nano to a stock (non-HK) 05 head.....don't need song / artist display on head....can work the Nano while driving....just need an interface cable between Nano and the head....

First off, can it be done? If so, who makes the cable?

Thanks in advance !!!

All you need is the auxillary adapter from any dealer. Hooks to the back of the radio.. easy to do just drop the kick/knee panel down and reach behind radio to plug in. Then you get a patch cable from just about anywhere (headphone to headphone size) plug to the headset jack on Nano and aux jack you just installed, plays out our speakers via the "aux" setting on the radio. Use the Nano to control play.

EAS is $.95 cheaper than outmotoring, which is the cheapest I've seen it.

Do you want power as well, and not to have to futz with the iPod volume? Try this: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=82083

Why not go for a full integrated system instead?
