ice>Link+ playback resumption

I installed my ice>Link+ tonight. It was a fairly simple installation - much easier to pull everything apart than I thought it would. I also got the text to work on the radio display and am able to navigate the menus using the MFSW controls.

What I found, though, is that if I turn the car off while in the middle of a playlist, when I turn it back on, the iPod resumes as if it were playing that song's album - not the playlist. So, for example, if I have a playlist that includes only songs that have not been labeled as "live" (Not Live, I call it ), and I turn the car off while, say, Black Dog is playing, when I turn the car back on, the iPod will resume as if I had been listening to Led Zeppelin IV. I see this as being somewhat irritating because I usually listen to such playlist and this will mean I will have to choose the playlist everytime I start the car up.

Is this normal? Any workarounds?
