Replacing nav antenna?

The nav antenna on my '04 MCS ia broken and I would like to replace it. Is it possible to buy a new one? The plastic is broken at the attatchment points. The actual antenna still works. We have glued it as a temporary fix, but aren't sure how long that will last.

Thanks for any help.

The antenna would be a dealer item, so it would have to be purchased from there. Replacement is not difficult, simply remove the interior motion sensor for the alarm (the 'smoke detector-like box' in back), disconnect the two cables going to it, remove one large nut and it's out. Reverse to reassemble.

Not sure what the price would be. Best bet is to call Classic MINI (look in the Vendor Directory), they give NAM members 2-% off, and they are very helpful.

Thanks. It looked a lot harder to remove. It didn't look like the cables disconnected. I will call about the part. Thanks again.
