[SIZE=2]I checked the website but still have 2 questions:
1 - Does the D&P charge your ipod?
2 - Will it turn on & off automatically with the car?
The answers are Yes and Yes.

I have this same setup and in answer to Ministi2005 questions,
1. Yes it charges the ipod when connected.
2. Yes and No. It does power on the Nano when I connect it to the cable and immediately begin playing music. However, when I shut of the car the Nano goes into a paused mode but the power stays on. I typically don't leave it in the car so this is not a big deal. On short trips I will leave it in the car and connected and starts off right where it was when I shut the car off. About the longest I have left it in the car in this mode is about 2-1/2 hours.

I have the control **** mounted just above the left cupholder next to the downtub... fits fine and is easily within reach while driving, the display I am still playing around with for a final location.
Mininut - how'd you install it in the headliner? I've been afraid to mess around up there, any advice?
After having the unit about 6 months - I like it but it's not perfect. Podcasts are not playable directly like you would on the ipod itself, you have to do a little work in itunes to set them up manually with playlists.

Interestingly, when I turn off my car everything shuts down. I do leave my ipod in the car at all times (tucked away out of sight) and it simply powers on and off with the car -- recharging of course.
