Navigation & Audio Blitzsafe XM Direct with Icelink Plus??

Blitzsafe XM Direct with Icelink Plus??
If I buy the Blitzsafe adapter that has the CD changer connection, can I then connect an Icelink Plus for my Ipod?
I'd like to have both - don't need a CD changer in the boot.
