Alpine's I-Personalize Help

So I went to the Ipersonalze website and it hardely made any sense to me...are we supposed to guess and try? Anyone out there with some advise as to how to set it, or what I might be doing wrong?

In case it makes a diff, I have the IVA-D300...

I cant get the ipersonalize thing to work. I went thru about a hour entering the slope and crossover etc and then could not get it to download the info to my computer/email. So it probably does not matter. You can do everything on the headunit except the start-up and birthday stuff as far as i can tell so far.

I managed to do stuff and then save it on a cd...first do the save thing, then you get a file with a lot of gyperish...save as then copy that file onto a cd...but it's easier to do it from the headunit...it's good to have it saved in case you reset the hu,

I personalize is a thing avaiable on some Alpine products that lets you set your sound settings on your pc and then upload them onto your head unit by dowloading the settings onto a cd...I think it's a great idea but it's not done right because all it is is setting a bunch of data without being able to check the sound etc...so if you know what means what, then it's good...I contacted alpine to ask them some questions, and basically, he told me that unless you know exactly what you want to do, it doesn't help you much
