Can a route be manufactured in an outside program on the computer and then added to the Nav system in a third gen Mini? I have a "polaris slingshot" and can generate routes on my computer and then add them to the nav unit in the slingshot by plugging in a USB memory stick. Easy way to figure how you want to go sitting in front of the computer. On the slingshot it's the route is saved in a .GPX format.

 

Not able to do that, no. Depending on the model year of your car, you can send destinations to your car via the MINI app, or from Google Maps. But you can’t send an actual route or GPX file.
