My daughter just bought her first car - a 2015 base model (4D). I believe it has the standard radio (see pic) as there is no navigation system but it does have steering wheel controls. We want to install an aftermarket Apple carplay system (and want to make it as simple as possible). There seems to be a ton of these on Amazon, ebay, etc. Example here . I HAVE done some research already but man it is confusing.

1) Does this listing look like it fits the bill? If not, any other recommendations?
2) I know that the LED ring is controlled via the OEM radio...not sure if there are other things to be concerned about. But any idea if these aftermarket units interfere with any standard controls? Esp the LED lighting will it continue to work?
3) IMO the sound isn't great..is there any benefit if I swap out the speakers (ie...trying not to make this overcomplicated).
