Adding an active sub to a 2013 R56 Harman Kardon system.

Hi all,
I have a 2013 R56 JCW with the factory fitted Harman Kardon system. I've purchased the Pioneer TS-WX70DA slim line sub, to mount in the boot.
Now, I've done a fair bit of internet research, trying to find the best way to connect it.
The sub allows for either high or low level inputs.
So, my question is: If I use the speaker level input option, which speaker wires do I 'tap' into? (colour and pin code would be amazing) Is it best to use the speaker wires before they enter the H/K amp?
Is there any benefit, sound quality wise, to purchasing the Integral Audio MCWH-X9331-S, pictured below?
I also attach pictures of the wiring loom, that came with the sub.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

Okay, so I've fitted the Pioneer sub and it sounds amazing. I'm seriously impressed with this thing!
Bass is tight, deep and well controlled.
As you can see from my pictures, it fits perfectly in the boot of my R56 JCW. You'd be forgiven for thinking that this sub was made specifically for the Mini, it fit's that well.
The (included) wired remote makes control over the sub, simplicity itself.
Really, really pleased with this.

The remote looks factory fitted!

Handy wired remote, makes operating/controlling the sub an absolute doddle.

Fit's perfectly. The durable finish means the boot can still be used.

Time to enjoy!

Well done! Which wires did you tie into for signal?

I used this from Integral Audio. Simplicity itself, to connect. Also means I can (easily) add a quality amp, to drive my new front speakers. (when I upgrade in a couple of months)
