Ebay Stereo Randomly Dies

Hey All, seeing if anyone else has faced this challenge or has any ideas before replacing this unit.
Car: 2012 JCW Coupe, head unit no name Android 10 unit
I replaced my OEM head unit with a no name e-bay Android 10 unit, which was easy and great. Until it started randomly turning off. I have tried to find a correlation but cant seem to figure it out. I am at the verge or replacing the unit but we don't exactly have a lot of other options.

Notes:
It turns off randomly but typically after 15+ mins of drive time
It has come back on only a few times after it has turned off
I no longer have audible blinker sounds or seat belt warning sounds, correlation?
If I turn the car off and immediately back on, it will not come back on.
The car has to be off for a long period of time, how long I am not sure. But I think a complete power down is needed.
I have updated the firmware to the unit and completed factory reset the device, same issues.
I feel like its a loose wire but have no way of really proving that or finding it (I dont think)

Any thoughts or things to try before replacing the unit?

-Kyle
