Valve Cover oil leak!

Just put the head on 500 miles ago but 200 miles ago I started getting an oil leak down by the down pipe.

I thought my turbo oil line was leaking, so after 3 hours of pulling it all apart, it is dry. I have oil on the oil filter housing and oil cooler but I changed gaskets to both of them when I put the head on 500 miles ago.

My mechanic son came over and says its the valve cover. I put on a new gasket on the valve cover when I put it back together. I did put some rtv in the two corners bt the fuel pump and vacuum pump. I checked the bolts and some are looser than when I installed it.

Is there anything that I should do other than tighten the bolts?
