What's the secret to getting shuffle to work when playing songs via the USB input? I have a 2019 F57 with the Iconic trim (8.8" nav, H/K, etc.) which has two USB inputs now. I followed the instructions in the owner's manual to format a USB stick and load up some music files. They all play fine, but even with shuffle turned on, it doesn't do anything. The system will just play the files in a particular album, in order, and then repeat them. What am I missing? Perhaps there's a certain file structure you need on the USB stick?

 

I had this problem as well. You want to shuffle all of the songs on the USB, or just a folder of songs? Either way the fix is the same.
