Constant power

I'm installing an XMDirect receiver and adapter under my passenger seat. Does anyone know if there is any constant power in the wires running along the side floor panel?

Thanks.

It wouldnt be too hard to just route a wire over to the fuse box, there are a few constants over there that you could tap into
