Satellite radio reception on my 2011 MC w/HK system continually deteriorated and has now quit working. AM & FM are working fine. Help!!!

 

Contact Satellite company for support, tell them you won't be a customer if they can't hook you up with a fix. I can't be much help as I never used it even when wife had it activated.

 

That's not the issue. They have tried. I think it might be in the antenna or radio. Thanks

 

No, my point was that they should get it fixed for you no matter what the problem if they want to continue to receive your $$$.

 

so the cable company should fix my TV?

I'm not gonna hold my breath waiting for that to happen ....

 

Look under the passenger seat, I believe that is where the sat module is located. See if something came unplugged.

So I have looked under all the seats and cannot find the module. I took part of the boot apart and found the radio system module but not the sattilite . I'm thinking I should just bite the bullet and get a new antenna. Thoughts ???
