Navigation & Audio IPod without mini connect
IPod without mini connect
I know I've seen this here before but I can't find it...
Can someone please point me in the right direction? I would just experiment, but I don't have an IPod and would only buy one if I could use it in my car.
TY

if your car is a 15, you want to ask in the GEN3 area (or is a CM GEN2)
either way
This is the GEN1 section, 2002 to 2006 hardtops and soft thru .... 08 was it?

It depends on the iPod. Are you looking at an iPod touch or something else? For most iDevices though, you would need the Y-cable to have full control - this should have come with your vehicle when you purchased it. The Y-cable plugs into both the USB and AUX inputs behind your shifter and the other end goes into your iPod.
Also, for future reference, you should post in either the 2nd gen MINI forums or the Countryman specific forums - you'll have better luck getting an answer
