M not familiar with sound systems at all. Just not my thing. But I like to have a good sound system and always just open the wallet and pay someone. But this car is different. I'm gonna have to do it myself. So, can anyone make it easy as to how and what to use to upgrade my sound system in an 08 S hardtop ? I'm willing to put a sub woofer in the back and change all the speakers and tweeters. I was thinking of an
amp eq unit to just drive speakers and modify sound. But which one and what speakers to get. I'm clueless about this stuff. Classic rock is the music.

 

There is an awesome thread full of info HERE. I was created by a NAM Audio sponser. They have done a lot of good work. Very impressive stuff. Much better than the factory HK setup. You can even purchase a complete kit at their website HERE. Happy modding!

Yeahhhhhhh. I've avoided that section of the car due to that very fact. Too many other things I want to do!

 

I think I just did too. Sounds like it's gonna get a really good set of speakers and a tweeter them a equalizer amp that I just run the speaker wires from the head then back to the speakers to avoid a nightmare.
