Navigation & Audio Roady2 XM
Just look for these wires in your boot. They will be located in the right pannel. If you have them im sure the XM direct will work. There is no need for the Comander

that are the ones all taped up laying there. Untap them and see if they are in there.

1.) Get the XM Direct with my current radio. ~$275
2.) Get a newer head unit used + 1.) ~$275 + $50 - $100??
3.) Get a Roady2. ~$130
With 1 I can use my MFSW, but no readout of artist and song.
With 2 I get everything.
With 3 I get artist and song, but no MFSW control.
So what I need to decide is MFSW control worth ~$150 or is the best of everything worth ~$200-->$250. I don't think I would use the unit outside my car, but that is a nice option with the Roady2. I'm thinking I might get the Roady2 and play around with it just to see if I like sat radio. I guess I can return it and go the other routes if I really like it.
Thanks for all the input.
There is a remote control available for the Roady but I think it's an infrared line of sight kind of a unit so it wouldn't work on a hidden receiver.
I've got my Roady mounted on a power stalk that I jab into the under dash power socket. It's easy to move from car to car. Have a look at the attached phone cam pictures.

) If going with the roady/ delphi you have to use a modulator, because the head unit is foreign, some addition connections are needed to make it work correct (antenna adaptors). Because of this the sound quality with the Delphi was nowhere near as good as with the XM Direct. If I were you I would by the XM-Direct kit and see if it worked with the 02 head, if it doesn't then upgrade the head unit to an 03.
Good luck,
Nik
