So my Sat Nav/Media/Display lost most of its functionality

Before I decided to post this I have done my fair share of searching the web for an answer to no avail. Maybe my wording isn't correct. Anyway... Got in my 2011 MCS after work today, started it up, to my surprise the display had defaulted back to the "home" screen...and everything was in Dutch. The only Icons showing are: CD/Multimedia, Radio, Settings, Onboard Comp. & Nav (which cant be clicked or bypassed to get to by the button next to the ****). So after checking all my options under Settings and getting it to switch back to English, which the only option is UK, no US (another problem). The only controls on the steering wheels that work are volume up and down. Phone is still connected over Bluetooth and I can make calls using my phone and still talk via the car. Can anyone help me with this? Really hoping this isn't going to involve going to the stealership for an update or something. Thanks
