Back to stock - where can I find this part of the OEM harness?

'03 R53, car came from the factory with the HK system. Previous (only one before me) owner had an aftermarket system installed, including door speakers, wiring, etc.

There was part of the original harness left, as seen in the first picture plugged in to the back of the head unit, but it's missing the output connector for the speakers.

Here are some pictures of what I have to work with.

As you can see, there is completely new/different wiring for the speakers. There is wiring for the HK amp in the right side of the boot, but it's gone. The car also has an Alpine SIRIUS radio amp in the left side of the boot.

So, I need the part of the wiring harness for speaker outputs that plugs in to the bottom right (if looking at the back of the head unit), which I'm going to splice back in.

Any help is greatly appreciated :D Thanks!

Pretty good chance the amp is toast....
many hk amps failed, and the most cost effective solution was aftermarket...required a complete rewire....
Your speakers are most likly different now too...
You could try a junkyard, but if you are trying to go back to the hk, it is such a pain to pull the harness, it is usually just cut and abandoned in place...lots of parts need to get pulled from the car to install/remove it...

Definitely not trying to go back to the HK. Just want to hook up this head unit to the (non-HK) speakers that are in it now.

The hk wring had a speaker level line for each speaker going to the amp...then the amplified to each speaker, and a impeadence level that was generally incompatible with aftermarket amps...
The non hk system sold in us cars, the boost system, actually the midlevel system for mini, uses a rather low power oem radio, so the speakers that are installed from the factory are some of the more efficent ones on the market....
Not sure what to tell you, but when the hk system fails, most folks either find a used amp, or get a aftermarket system and a rewire....the non hk wiring/speakers are also different ....

Another thing to add to complicate things...
The mini head injects power onto the oem antenna plug wire...and a signal amp is further up the line that uses this power....so when an aftermarket head is installed, an adaptor SHOULD have been used to inject the power, and still provide a typical plug that most radio's need....not having this part kills the signal amp, and VERY bad reception is the result....
The pics look like a mess...all the taps, etc...good luck.
