I have a 2005 S with H/K (no Nav). I have successfully burned an MP3 CD and it works fine in the Mini. I can change tracks and songs. I saw a post somewhere saying that if you place folders in the base of the CD names "Mini1" through "Mini6", the radio presets will jump to these six tracks. I created the folders, but it did not work for me. Does anyone know if this is possible or how to do it.

AFAIK, the MINI1 through MINI6 is for playlists on the OEM ipod adapter, not a MP3, though I could be wrong.

 

I don't know if it will work with an MP3 disc, but I do know that with iPod playlists they must be all caps, MINI1, MINI2, etc.

 

Though not what you 're asking, you can skip to the next folder by hitting MAN and then Search. Just in case.
