Navigation & Audio stock radio...mfsw stopped controlling radio

stock radio...mfsw stopped controlling radio
got in the car last wekeknd and the radio had no control from the wheel...its a stock system and has worked normally since ive owned the car ( 9 months)..i tried fuses and battery disconnect..any ideas where to go from here? 03 non h/k w two spoke wheel
