the other day i was driving along and all of the sudden the sound starts cutting in and out...first it was small lil hiccups...then they got worse...and then nothing...dead silence. CD is still playing...but no sound. radio....no sound...navi....no sound. everything is factory. no changes made. tried doing some searches havent found much. headunit took a poop perhaps? i was thinking it was the headunit or at least hoping lol. i figured if it was an amp then only certain speakers would fail not all at once. any help or direction pointing would be appreciated....


oh and now the radio works fine when its cold start up..ie sits over night...works for about 2 mins...then starts cutting in and out...getting worse til it stops.....after about a min of off and on.
