I hadn't updated my maps since my free updates were up in 2007 (
), so I figured it's time. I went browsing the web and found there's a hack to do it for free but it looked incredibly time consuming, so I dug around for codes and whatnot and found this deal.
You can purchase the download code through Amazon for $38, then go through Garmin's site to download the updates. There is a compatibility checker on the Amazon page, so you can see if it works for your unit.
Much better than $70 at the store!
