Re-Q, does it make a noticeable difference?

I was contemplating using a Streetwires/MTX/Whoever Re-Q on my subwoofer install since I figured I would need line level converters anyway and having some bass restoration would be worth the extra $. But now I am looking at an amp that has high level speaker inputs built in, with auto-sensing turn on.

So that killed my original reasoning for getting the Re-Q (for the line level conversion and amp turn on). Is the Re-Q still worth getting for the sound processing?

This is on a 2008 MCS with Hifi, tapping into the front speaker signals at the x9331 connector. We will ignore the possible usefulness of the non-sub outputs for now since the IA interior upgrade will be awesomesauce.
