after installed the AMP, there is a POP noise from the speaker, when starting up the car...any idea to fix it?

Where are you getting your amp turn on signal from? Most modern amps have a delay to eliminate this problem, but there are some aftermarket solutions available. Search for "amp turn on delay" or "pop eliminator" on google.

It's an old amp, Orion. 4ch. I got remote on from the illinion signal under the cigarette plug.

When should the remote on be connected?

 

If it's an older amp then it may not have a turn on delay. Refer to previous post to alleviate problem.
